SPCOMNAV-UAB will participate in the ROCAT (Robust Carrier Tracking) project funded by the European Space Agency. The consortium is composed of three partners, SPCOMNAV-UAB, the Portuguese Instituto de Telecomunicaçoes and GMV Portugal (GMVIS Skysoft), who is in charge of the project coordination. SPCOMNAV-UAB will contribute to the design of advanced signal processing techniques for robust carrier tracking in GNSS receivers. The goal is to cope with the technical challenges that prevent current GNSS receivers to operate under harsh working conditions such as high user dynamics, strong fading and scintillation effects.
