Bio

Husnain Shahid was born in Gujrat, Pakistan, in 1995. He received his BSc in Electrical (Telecommunication) Engineering from GC University Faisalabad, Pakistan in 2017 and MSc in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China in 2019. From Oct 2018 to Aug 2019, he also served as Research and Development Internee at Shanghai BeiDou Research Institute Shanghai, where his research was focused on Localization and Mapping using radar. From Sept 2019 to Oct 2020，he worked as Research Assistant at Fudan University, Shanghai, where he was involved in the topics of Signal/Image Reconstruction, Deep Learning and Compressed Sensing. He is currently doing his PhD in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering with the Signal Processing for Communications and Navigation (SPCOMNAV) group.

Research interests

His research Interest includes Anti spoofing techniques and authentication of GNSS signals, Signal/Image Processing, Deep Learning and Compressed Sensing.
